General Conditions

Spice Up is a registered trademark, worked by Expolândia - Importação & Export, Lda (CAE - 46422) with registered office at Rua Gândara dos Olivais, Lote 10 - Zicofa - 2415-808 Leiria, with taxpayer 502739207 registered at the conservatory of Leiria commercial register, which is dedicated to the footwear trade, hereinafter referred to as Expolândia.

These "Terms and Conditions" determine the rules of use and establish the contractual relations between all users of the site and the company Expolândia.


My Account

To register on the site, you must create an account, filling in the requested data.

The website user is responsible for the access data to his/her account (e-mail and password) in order to guarantee their confidentiality. It is only possible to make a purchase after logging into the site.

Through the Customer area you can check your order history, pay for pending orders, request exchanges/returns, access discounts and coupons or change your password.

If you verify during the purchase process that the address is out of date, you can edit or add a new one.


Disputes and Responsibilities

In situations of improper use of the website, Expolândia reserves the right to cancel the user registration or other associated data.

Expolândia does not disclose or sell its customers' data to third parties, so all information is confidential.

All information sent by the site will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the registration. Expolândia is not responsible for any failures in sending e-mails.

The site must never be used in a way that could harm the brand image of Expolândia. or from your customers. The website must not be used for criminal, fraudulent purposes, in any illegal activities (including violations of copyrights, trademarks, patents and/or privacy) or in any other way that could compromise the integrity of third parties.

In case of consumer dispute, the consumer can use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or through the Consumer Portal at www. consumer.gov.pt

The website and its contents are protected by Portuguese and international copyright laws. Electronic copies or prints of website content are only permitted for purposes that may be designated as commercially informative to the end consumer. Copying, modifying, or distributing any content on the site without prior authorization from Expolândia is expressly prohibited.



The product images are merely illustrative, do not enter into the contractual field and do not replace any commitment on the part of Expolândia. In case of doubt, we recommend contacting us through the e-mail sac@expolandia.pt.

Although typographical errors or omissions may occur, Expolândia reserves the right to correct these errors or any other content, without prior notice, as long as it does not affect the consumer's legal rights.

In case of any price and/or stock errors detected during the order processing, the customer will be contacted by email. If the error detected is related to price and the value of the product is actually lower than presented, the difference will be refunded, if it is higher, the customer will be contacted and will be able to accept or cancel the order.



When placing an order on our website, the user will receive a copy by email. If you don't receive it, check the spam/unsolicited email box. The user must verify that all the data are correct and, if he eventually finds any error, he must contact us as soon as possible through the e-mail sac@expolandia.pt . All changes requested after the shipment of the order may not be carried out.

You can check the status of your order in your Customer area.

The order is only processed and the stock reserved after the user has made the payment.

If you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch, just send us an email to sac@expolandia.pt to request this cancellation. If the request for cancellation is made after dispatch, you must follow the return process, in accordance with our Exchanges and Returns.

If you have already made the payment, the refund will be made in accordance with our Exchanges and Returns.



Expolândia sends via CTT Expresso, DPD and DHL.

After the order has been shipped, the responsibility for the order passes to the shipping company.

For deliveries in Madeira and the Azores, shipping is made exclusively by CTT, Expolândia reserves the right to change the method of transport if the customer selects another one than the one mentioned above.



All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee regime, in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Decree-Law no. 67/2003, of April 8, with amendments introduced by Decree-Law no. 84/2008 , of May 21st.

All products sold also benefit from a guarantee of compliance, without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees.

After receiving the order placed, the user must verify that the product is in perfect condition and, in case of defect, contact us via the sac@expolandia.pt .pt within a maximum period of 30 days after delivery.

The warranty is not applicable if the product is found to be defective due to misuse, or if the usage specifications are not respected.

In case of return, only the value of the product is refunded.


Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are interested in exchanging/returning an order or part of it, you have 30 days after receiving it to do so.

To start the exchange/return process, you must place the order through your Customer area > My orders and create the respective return, filling in all the requested fields.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method or via bank transfer to the indicated IBAN, within a maximum period of 30 days after receiving the exchange/return.

The cost of postage is not refundable.
