Purchase

To make a purchase on our website, it is necessary to register/login and add the desired products and sizes to the shopping cart. During the purchase process, you must fill in all the required fields and confirm that they are correct. To complete the purchase, click on Make Payment.

The order is only processed and the stock reserved after the user has made the payment.

After payment has been made, if you want any change/cancellation of the order, you should contact us as soon as possible by e-mail [email protected]. All changes requested after the shipment of the order may not be carried out.

Although all products on the site are available for sale, there are extraordinary situations over which we do not have full control that may prevent us from fulfilling the order. Thus, a sales agreement between the user and Expolândia only starts after the first has received an email with shipping confirmation. if you don't receive it, check the spam/unsolicited email box.

If the products run out, Expolândia undertakes to inform the user via e-mail, and if the user wishes, to refund the amount actually paid, within a maximum period of 30 days.

For the sake of environmental sustainability, invoices are sent by email and are also available for downloading in the Client area > Invoices.

 

Shipping

Shipping Methods

Expolândia sends via CTT, DPD and DHL.

After sending the order, the responsibility passes to the shipping company. Expolândia has no responsibility for loss, delays or other problems of an operational nature.

CTT shipments are made at the address indicated by the customer. If delivery is not possible, the order will be forwarded to the nearest Posto CTT. The customer must proceed with the collection of the same, within the period indicated in the notice. If the order is returned, Expolândia reserves the right to charge a new shipment.

DPD  shipments are made at the pickup point determined by the customer. The customer is contacted by the courier when the order is ready to pickup. If the order is returned, Expolândia reserves the right to charge for a new shipment. This method is exclusive to mainland Portugal.

After sending the order, you will receive an email or SMS with a Tracking Number so that you can follow your delivery on the respective carrier's website.

Delivery times are for guidance only. All orders are processed with the same speed, however for reasons beyond delivery, they may occasionally be delayed. For example, incorrect addresses, out of stock products and/or operational problems on the part of the carrier.

Expolândia is not responsible for customs costs and fees related to orders placed.

 

Free shipping

The postage is free on purchases of €25.00 or more for Portugal. If the value is lower, € 4.00 will be charged corresponding to the shipping cost.

Refunds are free on purchases of €25.00 or more for Portugal. If the value is lower, the customer can purchase it for an extra €1.99, which is only possible at the time of purchase, with no possibility of being purchased later. If you do not use the return, the value of the extra service will not be refunded.

Only one return label will be sent per purchase. If you want to exchange a product that has already been exchanged, the cost of the return will be borne by the user.
